My order was damaged. What should I do?

If you have received your order but one of the products is broken or damaged, please contact our customer service department by email at bonjour@labote.paris within 14 days, providing the necessary evidence. One product was missing from my order. What should I do?

You have received your package but one of the products is missing or does not correspond to what you ordered, we invite you to contact our customer service by email at bonjour@labote.paris within a maximum of 14 days providing the necessary proof of the non-conformity of the products received.

How do I use a voucher or a promo code?

To receive a discount on your order, you must enter your promo code or voucher during checkout in the designated "promo code" field. Promotional codes and vouchers cannot be combined.
It is not possible to use a promo code after the order has been placed on the website.

How do I use a gift card on the website?

Your gift card is valid for one year and can be used on our website or in our Paris store: 3 rue Keller, 75011 PARIS. If you order online, you will need to enter your gift card code when validating your order in the designated “gift card” field.

How to sponsor a loved one?

To refer your friends and family, share the referral code assigned to you in the customer area, under the referral section. For each referral activated—that is, each order placed using your referral code—we will credit €10 to your customer account. This amount will be automatically deducted from your next order, with no minimum purchase or action required on your part. Your credits can accumulate over time, but cannot be combined with a promotional code. For each referral activated, you will receive an email with your updated credit balance.

How do I use a referral code?

To be referred, enter your referrer's referral code when creating your account. €15 will be deducted from your first order, with a minimum value of €50. This €15 cannot be combined with any other promotional code. If it is not used on your first order, it will be forfeited. If you do not enter the referral code when creating your account, please contact us at bonjour@labote.paris.

I just placed an order and I would like to modify the products it contains. How do I do this?

It is not possible to modify an order placed on the website. However, you have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal and cancel your order. In this case, you will need to return the unopened products to us in order to receive a refund for your order (excluding delivery charges).

I just placed an order and I want to change the delivery address. How do I do that?

Once your order has been placed, and depending on the stage of its preparation, it may still be possible to change the delivery address. To do so, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible by email at bonjour@labote.paris.

I just placed an order but I haven't received a confirmation email. What should I do?

If you haven't received an order confirmation email, it may have gone to your spam folder. Also, check if a payment has been taken from your bank account; it's possible the payment failed and your order wasn't processed. Finally, your email may contain an error; to check this, please contact our customer service department at bonjour@labote.paris.
