How to book a video or in-person appointment with an expert to receive guidance in creating a custom product?

When you purchase a personalized treatment , you can request a consultation with one of our experts, either via video call or in person at our boutique in the 11th arrondissement of Paris. To do so, simply send us a request to bonjour@labote.paris and we will send you a link with our experts' availability.

How to sponsor a loved one?

To refer your friends and family, share the referral code assigned to you in the customer area, under the referral section. For each referral activated—that is, each order placed using your referral code—we will credit €10 to your customer account. This amount will be automatically deducted from your next order, with no minimum purchase or action required on your part. Your credits can accumulate over time, but cannot be combined with a promotional code. For each referral activated, you will receive an email with your updated credit balance.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been prepared and shipped by our laboratory, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email from Laboté, then an email from La Poste Colissimo containing your tracking number.
