Delivery and returns
Where are the orders shipped from?
Laboté ships its orders directly from its laboratory in Paris's 11th arrondissement. Our facial care products are manufactured on-site.
Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver to mainland France and to certain European countries: Germany, Belgium, Spain, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Portugal, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland. For countries not listed above, please contact our customer service department at bonjour@labote.paris to discuss feasibility and delivery conditions.
What are your delivery costs?
Your orders will be delivered by La Poste Colissimo in France and Europe. In France, Mondial Relay shipping costs are €4.90 for all orders under €79; above that, delivery fees are free. For home delivery in France, the cost is €6.90 for all orders under €79; above that, they are free. In Europe, shipping costs are €10 regardless of the total order amount.
What are your delivery times?
In France, orders are delivered within 7 business days or less. In Europe, orders are delivered within 10 business days or less.
How do I change my delivery method?
For any request to change your delivery method, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible at bonjour@labote.paris. If changing your delivery method incurs additional charges, you will be asked to pay them. Conversely, if your new delivery method is free, we will refund the delivery charges applied to your order.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been prepared and shipped by our laboratory, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email from Laboté, then an email from La Poste Colissimo containing your tracking number.
My package is lost or stolen, what should I do?
If you have not received your order, please contact us at bonjour@labote.paris, indicating your order reference.
An investigation will be opened with the carrier to obtain more information on the location of your package.
In the event of loss or theft of your package, we will work together to find suitable solutions. Please note that processing times are generally 15 days.
My package has been returned to the sender, what should I do?
If your parcel could not be delivered, it will be returned to us. In this case, you will automatically receive a full refund to your bank account, minus €8 for shipping costs.
