I am not satisfied with my order. How do I return it?

The money-back guarantee applies only if your products have been returned to the store or sent back by mail within 7 days of receiving your order (postmark date will be considered proof) to the following address: Laboté, 3 rue Keller, 75011 PARIS. After receiving and verifying your products, the refund will be processed within 14 days.

I ordered customized skincare products and I'm not satisfied. Can you reformulate them?

For custom-made products only, if the products you receive are not suitable for your skin, you can request a reformulation of your skincare products. A Laboté naturopath will offer you a satisfaction guarantee or have your products reformulated following a consultation. This guarantee is only applicable if your products have been returned to the store or sent back by mail within 21 days of receiving your order (postmark date will be considered proof) to the following address: Laboté, 3 rue Keller, 75011 PARIS.
